Zeroing a Coriolis mass flowmeter with FT522 Transmitter
1). Power on, make 50% of max flow go through the pipe for at least 30min..
2). Close the upstream valve, and make the downstream valve open.
3). After 3-5 min and make sure the pipe is full of fluid and the fluid is static, enter zero setting menu and select yes to finish the zero calibration.
4). Press the up key to check the DP value, which should be within ±00005, otherwise, please do zero calibration again and find other interference reason.
5). If DP value is no problem, please operate item 3 and 4 again to confirm that we finish the operation of zero calibration.
6). Then we can do flow meter calibration.
